Orders under $100 ground shipping in the lower 48 states is $9.99. Any item(s) to AK or HI will have those S+H fee's added to the invoice total. If any item is returned that OnLine SuperStore, LLP provided no cost shipping, The shipping and handling charges will be you will be deducted from the credit due on your returned item (s). If you refuse, or do not accept a shipment, any cost required to return the package to OnLine SuperStore, LLP will be at your expense along with the standard restocking fee.

Shipping

The map below shows approximate delivery time for UPS or FedEx ground shipments from the date we ship from our warehouse in Central Florida. Orders are Ground shipped and will ship within three business days of the date placed (if the products are in stock), please add this to your estimated delivery time. Delivery time is for Ground UPS or FedEx service and is based on business days and does not include the day your order was shipped or weekends. UPS or FedEx does not deliver packages on weekends. OnLine SuperStore, LLP does not guarantee UPS deliveries. You must contact UPS or FedEx for delivery information once your package leaves our warehouse and has the tracking number assigned.

Missing or Stolen Packages: If UPS or FedEx delivered a package to your home or business and you do not have it, please call your local law enforcement and file a Police Report for the stolen products. Then fax your Police Report to PetSafe of Florida at 407-349-2523. We will then file a missing package claim with UPS or FedEx . Once UPS or FedEx completes the claim (under 10 days) we will re-ship your order. Please check with your friends and neighbors to see if they accepted or picked up your package before filing the police report. It is a crime to file a false Police Report and the Police tend to enforce that law to the letter.
