Yesterday on 1-9-08 I called for
information trying to upgrade my basic underground
system to a more powerful system.I want to express
my gratitude for the great customer service provided
by Carrie in that department.I called approximately
15 minutes before closing time and Carrie helped
me solved my problems with great product knowledge,
more importantly being patient with me asking
questions. Carrie is a great customer service
representative for your company and your product
line. Upon completion of our conversation, I had
my problems solved, a completed order to meet
the needs of my 3 outside dogs and myself being

We
just want to comment on the PetSafe Wireless Pet
Containment System that we purchased for our dog.
Awesome product! Our dog is a 90 pound Rhodesian
Ridgeback mix, and quite an avid hunter. We live
in a rural area, surrounded by conservation land
with plenty of wildlife - deer, hogs, racoons, etc.
She learned to climb our fence, and needless to
say, we had a big problem with her escaping to give
chase whenever wild animals came around the property.
The PetSafe system works like a charm. She quickly
learned her boundaries, and her hunting adventures
came to a halt. The training process was very easy,
and the results excellent. My husband and I both
work, and it's so nice to have the peace of mind
knowing that when we come home, we know our dog
will be home, too.

Whom It May Concern;
I
have a PetSafe Sliding Glass Dog Door (and have
had it for years). What a wonderful product !
Since I've had it so long, the rubber around the
door flap has, over the years, deteriorated. Can
this rubber be replaced only? It's attached by
the screws. The rest of the door is still solid.
(What a testament of the quality) The dog is a
Yorkie, so it's the smaller size. Please advise……

Hello,
We purchased your outdoor cat fence system and
are thrilled with it.
With minimal effort on our part - we skipped training
and let all 3 cats
learn by themselves - we have 3 cats that stay
in our yard.
This allows us all to sit outside and enjoy it.
We don't have to worry
about one of the ladies being run over (we lost
a cat that way) and they
get to enjoy the outdoors.
Thanks for bring peace to our family and happiness
to our cats!
